  • Content you submit. Job descriptions, resumes, candidate notes, and other material you upload so the assistant can help you. This may include personal data about job candidates.
  • Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with the Service, collected to keep it secure and to improve it.
  • Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Generate AI-assisted drafts, summaries, and suggestions for you.
  • Communicate with you about your account and support requests.
  • Monitor for security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Candidate Data and Your Responsibilities

When you upload candidate information, you act as the data controller and we act as a processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share that data, for providing any required notices to candidates, and for honoring their rights. We process candidate data only to provide the Service to you.

4. AI Processing

Content you submit may be processed by AI models to produce output. AI results can be inaccurate or biased and should be reviewed by a human. We do not use your confidential candidate content to train public foundation models without your consent.

5. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Service providers (for example, hosting and analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.
