2. How We Use Information

Generate AI-assisted drafts, summaries, and suggestions for you.
Communicate with you about your account and support requests.

3. Candidate Data and Your Responsibilities

When you upload candidate information, you act as the data controller and we act as a processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share that data, for providing any required notices to candidates, and for honoring their rights. We process candidate data only to provide the Service to you.

4. AI Processing

Content you submit may be processed by AI models to produce output. AI results can be inaccurate or biased and should be reviewed by a human. We do not use your confidential candidate content to train public foundation models without your consent.

We share information only with:

Service providers (for example, hosting and analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.
