Welcome to airecruiter.company (the «Service»). These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your access to and use of our AI recruiting assistant, including any content, features, and tools we make available. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
airecruiter.company provides an AI-powered assistant that helps recruiters and hiring teams with tasks such as drafting job descriptions, screening and summarizing resumes, preparing interview questions, and organizing candidate outreach. The Service is a supporting tool. It offers suggestions and drafts; it does not make hiring decisions for you.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent purpose.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to share.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to make automated adverse employment decisions without appropriate human review.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the job descriptions, candidate data, and other content you submit («Your Content»). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process any personal data you submit, including candidate information.
5. AI Output and Professional Responsibility
The Service uses artificial intelligence, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased output. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute professional HR, legal, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing all output and for your hiring decisions.
As the employer or hiring party, you remain responsible for compliance with all applicable employment laws, including but not limited to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, EEOC guidance, the ADA, the ADEA, and any local, state, or national anti-discrimination and data-protection rules. Always apply human judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or other proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided «as is» and «as available» without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and Termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
